Ministry Strategies

GLOBAL CHURCH MOVEMENTS (GCM)

Overview

Global Church Movements (GCM) contributes to the fulfilment of the Great Commission by helping establish vital, multiplying, sustainable churches and faith communities. GCM works interdenominationally in partnership with the body of Christ and para-church evangelical organizations. We want to see the pattern of 2 Timothy 2:2 in every community and church so that the body of Christ multiplies.

GCM Global Goal

Help establish a healthy and multiplying church or missional community for every 1000 people in every city, town, village, and digital network. We use a number of tools, processes, and strategies in order to equip the body of Christ for the ministry of evangelism, discipleship, and church planting. These include the Jesus Film Project training, New Life Training Curriculum (NLTC), Multiplication of Churches and Communities (MC2) training, and the Prayer-Care-Share Evangelism.

New Life Training Curriculum (NLTC)

NLTC is specifically designed to help people become effective workers in God’s bountiful harvest. It consists of five levels; Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, Leadership, and Training of Trainers.

Multiplication of Churches and Communities (MC2) Training:

MC2 training process embodies the principle of Biblical, Empowering, Simple and Transferable. It emphasizes the three-third discipleship method; look back, look up, and look forward in order to encourage an environment of multiplication. It is a flexible structure that can be used in many different contexts, it naturally leads toward multiplication, and helps transition into healthy church formation.

In January 2022, we conducted MC2 training for 40 church leaders in Pallisa and as a result, five new churches have been planted, 71 communities of multiplying disciples have been established and 600 people are engaged in discipleship. Over 2500 people have been exposed to the Gospel

The Prayer-Care-Share Evangelism.

This process enables us to find a balance between urgently taking the initiative to share the Gospel and demonstrating the father’s heart for others by caring for their needs. This is part of every entry strategy to new people and new places and part of how the Gospel is proclaimed.
